Pariksha Pe Charcha
A special programme on Pariksha Pe Charcha was organised in the school premises on 7th February 2026 to motivate students and help them overcome examination stress. The event was conducted to share the valuable guidance and inspiring thoughts of the Hon’ble Prime Minister with students across the country. Students gathered in the auditorium to watch the live telecast of the interactive session. During the programme the Prime Minister encouraged students to remain confident, positive and focused while preparing for examinations. He also emphasised the importance of self-belief, discipline and balanced learning. The session inspired students to view examinations as an opportunity to learn rather than a source of fear.


Farewell 2026
The farewell ceremony for the outgoing class 12 students of Vivekananda School was organised with great enthusiasm and dignity on 6th February 2026 in the school auditorium. The event was thoughtfully planned and conducted by the students of class XI to express gratitude, respect and best wishes to their seniors. The theme of the ceremony ‘Learning to Leading’ beautifully reflected the transformation of students from learners into confident and responsible leaders. The cultural segment added charm and vibrance to the programme. Energetic dance performances and a skit were presented by the juniors, which captivated the audience. The melodious music that followed added a dash of joy, creating an atmosphere of jubilation. The highlight of the evening was the interactive games for the seniors, which had them reminiscing about their school days and laughing together. These moments of levity strengthened bonds and created memories to cherish. The Principal’s inspiring speech resonated with the graduating class, urging them to embrace leadership and excellence in all endeavours. The ceremony culminated with the award distribution, honouring the achievements of the students in academics, sports and extracurricular activities. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the Principal, teachers, staff members and students for their cooperation and support. Overall, the farewell ceremony was a memorable and an inspiring occasion. It strengthened the bond between juniors and seniors and marked the beginning of a new and promising journey for class XII students.

Republic Day 2026
Draped in the tricolour, the Vivekananda School courtyard became a stage for a magnificent celebration of 77th Republic Day on 26 January 2026, echoing with the spirit of unity. The event commenced with the hoisting of the Indian National Flag by the Principal Mr. A. K. Singh, filling hearts with patriotism followed by the harmonious rendition of the anthem and uplifting group songs. Class VII marched in unison, a river of discipline and order, flowing in procession beside the proud school cabinet. The school echoed with the vibrant spirit of patriotism as the primary and senior students delivered patriotic dances, songs, and slogans. The Principal, in his address highlighted the significance of the day and enthralled the audience with motivational stories. The commemoration was a tribute to the pride and timeless values embodied in our constitution.


Painting competition-Basant Panchami , 2026
On the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, 23 January 2026, Vivekananda School's campus transformed into a radiant sea of yellow, celebrating the arrival of spring and the birth of Goddess Saraswati. To honor the deity of wisdom and arts, a vibrant painting competition was organized for students across 6th to 11th grade. A total of 197 students participated in the competition, 153 from the Junior Category and 44 from the Senior Category. The school auditorium buzzed with artistic fervor as young talents brought four themes to life: the spiritual grace of Saraswati Puja, Maa Saraswati, the exhilarating joy of flying kites, and the blooming beauty of spring. Vivekananda Jayanti
On 12th January, the school celebrated Vivekananda Jayanti, Makar Sankranti, and Lohri with great enthusiasm. Students were enlightened about the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda and they presented his inspiring thoughts, highlighting his ideals and values. Information about Makar Sankranti and Lohri was shared through meaningful slogans. The programme also featured lively Punjabi dance, which added colour and joy to the celebration. Students actively participated and showcased their cultural awareness and talent. The event successfully promoted moral values, unity, and respect for Indian traditions.


Teachers’ Excursion
With the aim of fostering camaraderie and offering cultural enrichment, the school organised a teachers’ excursion to the historic cities of Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer from 21st December 2025 to 28th December 2025. It served as a meaningful break from routine academic responsibilities, allowing everyone to experience India’s rich heritage while strengthening team spirit. The excursion commenced with the visit to Udaipur, popularly known as the city of lakes. The teachers explored fabulous attractions as City Palace, Fateh Sagar Lake, Sajjangarh Fort, Saheliyon ki Bari and Jain Temple. The rich Rajput architecture and serene surroundings provided a refreshing and inspiring experience. The next destination was Jodhpur, the Blue City of Rajasthan. The group visited the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort and Maharana Pratap Museum. The historical significance, architectural brilliance and panoramic views from the fort left a lasting impression on all participants. The final leg of the excursion took the teachers to Jaisalmer, the Golden City of Rajasthan. Highlights of this visit included the majestic Longewala War Memorial, Tanot Mata Temple, Jaisalmer Fort, an exciting camel ride and cultural folk performances in the desert added a unique and memorable experience to the trip. This excursion was a journey through history, culture and shared experiences. Overall, it was well organised and successful, leaving all participants with pleasant memories and renewed enthusiasm for their responsibilities.
49th Annual Function
Vivekananda School's 49th Annual Function on 17 December, 2025 was indeed an epitome of splendour and joy. The theme for the event was "Atulya Bharat" which translates to "Incomparable India" where diversity dances in vibrant hues, traditions weave tales of timeless beauty, and heritage whispers secrets of the past and inspires million hearts. The event began with the inauguration of an exhibition that displayed an array of innovative models crafted by the students.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Regional Officer, CBSE Dehradun, graced the occasion as the esteemed chief guest, who applauded the school's efforts in shaping the future of young minds. The auspicious ritual of lighting the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries initiated the cultural program, illuminating the path to knowledge and wisdom. The Principal Mr. A. K. Singh welcomed the gathering and presented the School Annual Report, marking the achievements and milestones of the academic year. The school honoured academic excellence by awarding scholarships to meritorious students and recognizing outstanding achievements in various competitions. A stunning display of dances, each one uniquely presenting India's rich cultural diversity, enthralled the audience with perfect blend of music, movement, and colour that brought the spirit of ‘Atulya Bharat’ to the fore. The "Best Teacher" award, a crowning glory that was fittingly bestowed upon Mr. Manoj Gaur, (PGT, Hindi) the Best Performer of the Year went to Ms. Usha Negi (PGT, Economics) and Ms. Shefalika Vyas (PRT Teacher) acknowledging their selfless commitment to the students' growth. As the evening drew to a close, the Grand Finale culminated the artistic expressions, after which, the Vice Principal Mrs. Suman Rawat proposed a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the chief guest, dignitaries, teachers, and students for making the event a grand success. And so, with hearts full of joy and spirits lifted, the students and faculty bid adieu to a truly unforgettable evening.
Constitution Day
Constitution Day was observed in the school premises on 26 November 2025 with great sincerity. The programme began with an insightful introduction that enriched students understanding of the Indian Constitution and its enduring significance. This was followed by an oath taking ceremony, during which students pledged to uphold constitutional values and fulfill their duties as responsible citizens. After the oath, the national song was sung in unison, creating an atmosphere of dignity and pride .The observance concluded with students reflecting on their responsibilities as informed citizens.


Sharad Balmela

The Bal Mela at Vivekananda School was a perfect celebration of food, fun, and togetherness. The school campus turned into a vibrant fair on 14th November 2025, delighting everyone with around 20 delicious food stalls creatively run by enthusiastic students along with their supportive teachers. The joyful hustle of games, music, and cheers filled the air, making every corner sparkle with excitement. The highlight of the event was the lucky draw, which kept the audience excited till the very end.
The Principal appreciated the remarkable teamwork of students, teachers, and parents whose dedication made the celebration truly unforgettable. As the Bal Mela 2025 came to a joyful conclusion, it left behind heartfelt memories, celebrating our unity, compassion and the pure happiness of being together as a school family.


Students' Excursion

Every academic session, an annual excursion is organised by the Vivekananda School that offers students an enriching experience beyond the classroom walls. This planned visit is a thrilling adventure that takes them to iconic destinations like Veerbhadra Archeological Site, Dehradun Zoo, Rishikesh, Dakpatthar, Asan Baraj and Science Park, etc. As they explored these sites, students interacted with locals, broadening their horizons and gaining new experiences. These educational trips foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence, helping shape well-rounded individuals who will make a positive impact in the world.

Seminar on Cyber Security
To equip students with the knowledge to navigate the digital world safely, a specialized seminar was conducted for Class XII students on 31 October, 2025. The esteemed speakers from Trustline Group, Dehradun, aware students about the various types of cybercrimes, online threats and the importanceof online vigilance. The students learned how to safeguard their online identity, avoid potential threats, and maintain a responsible digital footprint. This informative session was a wake-up call for the young minds, empowering them to explore the internet with wisdom and caution.

SCIENCE CHAMPIONSHIP AT SHIVALIK COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
On 12 October 2025, Nayan and Maittraye of Class XII D of Vivekananda School won the "Best Scientific Impact Award" at the Science Championship Exhibition hosted by Shivalik College of Engineering. Their innovative project, "Liquid Tree," uses algae to combat pollution and global warming, producing oxygen 10 times more efficiently than a fully grown tree. The duo received a trophy and Rs. 10,000, bringing pride to their school. The exhibition showcased diverse scientific models from over 1,000 students across 120+ schools, promoting creativity, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. The event provided a platform for young innovators to exchange ideas, learn from each other, and address real-world challenges. This win not only brings pride to the school but also underscores the potential of students to contribute meaningfully to science and society. Their project is an inspiring example of innovation and scientific talent.

Himalaya Bachao Pledge
On Himalaya Day, the students of VNS came together to reaffirm their commitment to protecting the majestic Himalayas. Taking a solemn pledge on 3rd September 2025, they vowed to be the guardians of this sacred ecosystem, working to eradicate pollution and preserve the natural beauty of the Himalayas.

Inter House Rangoli Competition
On 18th October, an Inter House Rangoli Competition was organized in the school premises. Students from the three houses enthusiastically participated and displayed their creativity through beautiful and colorful rangoli designs. The vibrant patterns added charm to the school environment and reflected the spirit of teamwork and artistic talent. Dussehra Celebration
Dussehra was celebrated with great fervor in the school premises on 30 September, 2025 bringing together students and teachers in a grand display of cultural spirit. The event began with dance performances and songs, where students dressed in beautiful costumes, performed traditional dances. The drama vividly portrayed the timeless tale of Lord Rama and Ravana, blending mythology with modern flair. Lord Rama's childhood, his wedding, his years of exile, abduction of Mata Sita and the slaying of Ravana, all of these were brought to life. The celebration was a memorable experience, imparting valuable lessons on righteousness from the Ramayana, and culminated in the Principal's inspiring address, quoting from the epic.

Teacher's Day Celebration
Every year, Vivekananda School celebrates Teacher's Day to honor and appreciate the dedication and hard work of its teachers. This year was no exception, with students and teachers coming together to make it a memorable occasion.
The celebration was filled with beautiful dances and melodious songs, leaving a lasting impression. The students' energetic performances were complemented by a humorous play that had everyone in stitches! The play's witty dialogue and comedic timing left everyone laughing out loud. Additionally, students took on the roles of teachers, showcasing their appreciation and respect for their mentors.
What made the event even more special was the participation of teachers in various games and activities, which added a special touch, exhibiting their playful side and bonding with students.
The event concluded on a note of appreciation, honoring teachers' vital role in shaping young minds. The Principal Mr. A.K. Singh delivered a heartfelt closing address, thanking teachers for their dedication and praising students for organizing a memorable celebration.

Independence Day and Krishna Janmashtami
Vivekananda School celebrated 79th Independence Day with immense patriotic fervor on August 15, 2025, within the school premises, coinciding with the Krishna Janmashtami festivities. The celebration commenced with Principal Mr. A.K. Singh hoisting the national flag, followed by the National Anthem and a chorus of soulful patriotic songs. The day was filled with a series of programs that showcased the students' talents and patriotism. While the senior students delivered soulful patriotic songs and melodies of Krishna's innocence, the primary section students truly stole the show with their outstanding performances. They presented captivating dances, sang patriotic songs, and even staged a play that highlighted India's rich cultural heritage and the storyline of Lord Krishna's teachings on friendship. Another highlight of the event was the Indian cultural fusion dance, which beautifully blended the diverse traditions of our country. As the program drew to a close, the Principal delivered a heartfelt address, praising the students' remarkable performances and urging them to strive for excellence in nation-building.

Rakshabandhan Celebration
On 26th July, 2025, the School joyfully celebrated Raksha Bandhan and World Sanskrit Day in a combined cultural programme. The event featured vibrant dance and musical performances reflecting the spirit of sibling unity. To honor Sanskrit, students chanted traditional verses, showcasing the timeless beauty of the language. Informative presentations in both Hindi and English enlightened the audience about the historical and cultural significance of the festivals, making the occasion both educational and memorable.

Basketball Competition
Vivekananda School's Inter-House Basketball Competition conducted on 25 July, 2025, was a thrilling showcase of teamwork and sports spirit. Students from three houses competed fiercely, learning valuable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and humility. It was a fun-filled celebration of friendly competition that embodied the school's commitment to holistic development. Nilgiri house emerged as the champions among the boys’ team, while Vaishali house soared to the top among the girls’ team. They also discovered that true victory lies not just in winning, but in embracing the spirit of sportsmanship, learning from setbacks, and striving to do better. Representing their houses with pride and passion, they were motivated to push their limits and give their best. The tournament concluded with the other teams extending their congratulations to the winners. The event's success was evident in the motivated faces of the students, who were inspired to work harder and aim higher.

Teacher's Excursion to Bhatta Fall
On 30th May 2025, the teaching staff of the School embarked on a much- awaited excursion to Bhatta Fall located near Mussoorie. The trip served as a well-deserved break from the academic routine and was met with enthusiastic participation from the staff. The group departed from the School at 7:30 am and reached around 9:00 am. The journey was filled with laughter and lively conversations, setting the tone for a cheerful day ahead. The excursion included nature walks photography sessions and leisurely moments by the waterfall. The scenic beauty combined with the cheerful mood of the staff made the day truly enjoyable. The excursion proved to be a refreshing and memorable experience for all the teachers. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, the day offered a perfect blend of relaxation, camaraderie and rejuvenation.

Harela Festival
The Harela Festival was celebrated in the school premises on 16th July 2025, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and Uttarakhand’s rich traditions. To mark the occasion, a plantation drive was organised by the UNESCO Club of the school. The Principal, Mr. A.K. Singh, Vice Principal, Ms. Suman Rawat along with the teachers, club members and students participated in the drive. The event aimed to instill awareness among students about the need for sustainable living and respect for nature.

CBSE North Zone Badminton Cluster Competition
The CBSE North Zone Badminton Cluster Competition was held from 10th July 2025 to 15th July 2025, at Radha Govind Public School in Meerut. The Competition was divided into three categories: U-14, U-17 and U-19. Four students from Vivekananda School participated in the U-17 boys' category, which saw a total of 256 teams competing. The event was inaugurated by the CBSE Exam Controller, adding to the prestige of the competition. After receiving a walkover in the first round, the students qualified for the next round, showcasing their talent and determination, bringing pride to Vivekananda School. The students' performance was truly commendable, and their ability to adapt to the competitive environment was impressive. The tournament provided a platform for students to showcase the skills, build confidence and learn from experiences.

Say No to Plastic
On 19th May 2025, the school observed “No Plastic Day” to raise awareness about the harmful effects of plastic on the environment. The event was organized under the UNESCO Club and saw enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and staff. The day began with a special morning assembly highlighting the theme “Say No to Plastic”. As part of the event, students took a pledge to reduce plastic usage and promote eco-friendly alternatives. Informative slogans thought provoking poems, and speech was delivered, emphasizing the importance of sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. The event successfully inspired everyone to take responsibility for protecting the environment and promoting a cleaner and greener future.

Documentary Presentation Event
On 9th May 2025, the Students of class XII of Vivekananda School, participated in a documentary presentation event hosted by The Indian Academy, Dehradun. 18 schools of the city became a part of the event. The documentary entirely researched and created by Vaishnavi Sharma and Savyasachi Mohan Rayal of Class XII A, focused on major archaeological sites such as Harappa, Mohenjo-Daro, Lothal and Dholavira. Additionally, Rajeshwari of class XII A attended as an audience member and actively engaged in the post presentation discussion. The event proved to be a valuable and enriching educational experience for the students and served as an effective tool in bringing history to life for the school community.
Inter House Quiz Competition
An Inter House Quiz Competition was organised in the School premises on 15th May 2025 for both Junior and Senior students. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across different classes. The competition was divided into two categories: Junior (classes 6 to 8) and Senior (classes 9 to 12). Each category had three teams representing their respective houses. The quiz was designed to test the students’ knowledge in various fields such as General knowledge, science, history, English, Hindi, sports and current affairs.
The competition consisted of multiple rounds including rapid-fire, audio and buzzer rounds, which kept the audience engaged and created a competitive yet fun environment. In both the Junior and Senior Categories Saket House emerged as the winner after a tough battle. The Principal congratulated the winners and praised all the participants for their excellent performance. Certificates and medals were awarded to the winning teams. The quiz competition was a great success and an enriching experience for both participants and spectators.

Inter House Badminton Tournament
Shuttles flew and rackets clashed as the school witnessed an exciting day of Badminton Tournament on 5 May 2025. The competition was fierce; with students showcasing their skills in both Singles and Doubles categories. The tournament was a master class in strategy, and teamwork. The singles category saw intense one-on-one battles, while the doubles category highlighted the importance of coordination and communication. Among the three houses, Vaishali House emerged as the overall winner, as their players demonstrated exceptional skill and determination.

Baisakhi, Ambedkar Jayanti and Hanuman Jayanti Celebration
On 12th April 2025, the school celebrated Baisakhi, Ambedkar Jayanti and Hanuman Jayanti with great reverence. The event beautifully blended cultural pride, historical insight and spiritual fervor. Students shared meaningful information about each occasion. A graceful dance performance and a soulful rendition of the Hanuman Chalisa by the students added depth and devotion to the celebration. The program not only fostered cultural awareness but also instilled a profound appreciation for India’s rich heritage.
Earth Day
Earth Day was celebrated in the School premises on 22nd April 2025 to raise awareness about environmental protection and sustainability. Students from class VI to VIII were shown documentary on ‘Global Warming’. A painting competition was also conducted from class VI to XII, where students showcased their creativity and concern for Earth through beautiful artwork.

Farewell 2024-25
As the curtains drew to a close on a remarkable chapter, Class XI students orchestrated a grand farewell ceremony that would forever be etched in the hearts of their beloved seniors, the Class XII batch. The air was alive with nostalgia, laughter, and heartfelt moments as students, teachers, and staff converged to celebrate the accomplishments and cherish the memories forged during their time together. The event was a blend of cultural performances, interactive games, and poignant moments. Students showcased their artistic flair through mesmerizing dance and music performances, while interactive games and activities sparked joy and camaraderie.
The awarding of trophies to outstanding students for their exceptional regularity, discipline, and caliber added a touch of pride and achievement to the ceremony. As the final goodbye approached, the atmosphere was palpable with emotion. Memories flooded the minds, smiles softened with reminiscence, and hearts warmed with the glow of cherished moments. The Class XII students, now poised on the threshold of a new journey, were enveloped in a warm embrace of memories, love, and best wishes from their alma mater, a testament to the unbreakable bonds forged during their time together.


Teachers’ Excursion to Sri Lanka
From 4th January to 9th January, the teaching faculty of Vivekananda School visited Sri Lanka as a part of the annual teacher’s excursion. This experience rejuvenated the faculty and gave them a well-deserved break and an opportunity to explore the country's rich culture, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant heritage.
The journey began in Kandy, a city renowned for its scenic beauty and historical significance. The teachers visited the Kandy Botanical Garden, marveling at its exotic plants and serene environment. The Kandy Gem Museum was another highlight, offering a glimpse into Sri Lanka's famed gem industry. That evening, a captivating cultural show featuring traditional Sri Lankan dance and music left everyone mesmerized.
A visit to the lush tea plantations showcased the process of producing Sri Lanka's world-famous tea, allowing the group to appreciate the hard work behind every cup. The spiritual journey continued with visits to the Seetha Temple and the Hanuman Temple, which holds immense significance in the Hindu mythology and offered a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling schedule.
The group also explored the quirky Mask Museum, which provided insights into Sri Lanka's artistic traditions. A day at Secret Beach in Merissa and other beaches was a much-needed escape where the teachers relaxed under the bright sun.
The excursion ended with a visit to the local markets, where teachers immersed themselves in the vibrant culture and picked up souvenirs, and the Old Parliament, a magnificent symbol of Sri Lanka’s colonial and democratic history.
The six-day trip was a perfect blend of learning, relaxation, and camaraderie. It left the teachers rejuvenated and inspired, bringing back not just memories but also a deeper appreciation for Sri Lanka's rich heritage and natural beauty.


Annual Athletic Meet
Sport is a form of physical activity or game. Often competitive and organized, sports use, maintain, or improve physical ability and skills. They also provide enjoyment to participants and, in some cases, entertainment to spectators. The school grounds echoed with cheers and enthusiasm as students showcased their athletic powers at the Annual Athletic Meet held on 29th and 30th November 2024. The day commenced with a vibrant opening ceremony. The ceremony included the hoisting of school flag and the lightening of torch. The atmosphere was charged with a March Past lead by Head Boy Saksham Bhatt, Head girl Gauri Thapliyal and followed by contingents of three houses and the sports captain. An oath was administrated by the Girls sports captain Archana Rana. Then it was followed by Track events. These track events included 100 m, 200m, 400 m, 600 and 800 m for the sub junior, junior and senior category and1000m for the junior and senior category.
These events were followed by an inter-house kabbadi competition in which the Nilgiri house secured first position from girls' category and the Vaishali house secured second position from boys' category. Three-legged race (sub-junior group boys and girls) sack race, hurdle race octopus race, spoon race and relay race were also part of the event. Once the races began, the air was filled with encouragement and enthusiasm for the young athletes. Athletes displayed not only physical strength but also commendable spirit of fair play and encouragement for their fellow competitors. The highlights of the event were the staff relay and 3-legged race and tug of war between the students of various classes. Stream vice race of class 12th brought and electrifying end to the day. At the end the winners were acknowledged with medals and awards. Students departed joy as the inter-house Athletic trophy went to Vaishali house.
The principal addressed his thanks to the teachers and students for their Cooperation. The day was filled with sportsmanship, joy and enthusiasm which aimed to celebrate participation and values of sports.
Deepawali Celebration
On 29th October, 2024, An inter house rangoli making competition was a centre of attraction on the occasion of Deepawali. Representatives from Vaishali, Nilgiri and Saket house used their best talents, creativity and imagination to bring laurels to their houses. Their innovative designs of rangoli were appreciated by the Principal, Vice Principal, teachers, students of the school and staff members.
Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti Celebration
02 October, marked a special occasion as it was not only a celebration of the life of Mahatma Gandhi but also of Lal Bahadur Shastri. For the same, our school celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with great enthusiasm and respect. To honor Mahatma Gandhi’s values of cleanliness and self-reliance, a cleanliness drive was organized in and around the school campus under the name “Swachhata Ke Liye Shramdan”. Additionally, a competition for the cleanest class was held, encouraging students to maintain cleanliness in their classrooms. Each class was judged on factors such as cleanliness, organization, and overall tidiness. Ecosystem campus. Everyone worked together to clean the surroundings, spreading awareness about the importance of keeping our environment clean.
हिंदी सप्ताह समारोह :
विवेकानंद विद्यालय जोगीवाला, देहरादून में दिनांक 8 सितंबर 2024 (सोमवार) से 14 सितंबर 2024 (शनिवार) तक हिंदी सप्ताह समारोह का आयोजन किया गया।
समारोह के अंतर्गत प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन इस प्रकार रहा- 8 सितंबर 2024 (सोमवार) को कक्षा छठी से कक्षा बारहवीं तक 'कविता लेखन' प्रतियोगिता तथा दिनांक 10 सितंबर 2024 (मंगलवार) को कक्षा छठी से कक्षा आठवीं तक प्रक्षेपक के माध्यम से प्रेमचंद के नाटक दिखाए गए, दिनांक 10 सितंबर 2024 (मंगलवार) को कक्षा नौंवीं से लेकर कक्षा बारहवीं तक सुलेख प्रतियोगिता एवं अंतिम दिवस 14 सितंबर 2024 (शनिवार) को कक्षा छठी से कक्षा आठवीं तक सुलेख प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया।

Inter House Basketball Tournament :
The School has always aimed at the overall development of its students. Sports is one the event that has been encouraged by the school most of the times. Therefore, the Basketball Competition was conducted on 19 July 2024. It was Nilgiri house that came out victorious from the boys and Vaishali that stood first from the girls. The other team also took it in the same sportsman spirit and gracefully congratulated the winning house. It was a grand success that would not have been possible without the unending support and co-operation of our Principal Mr. A K singh Vice Principal Mrs. Suman Rawat and the sports teachers. The Event was a huge success that not only motivated the young players but also was appreciated by the non players and motivated them to take part in further competitions.Among boys’ team Vaishali House and among girls’ team Saket House were declared as winners. The winning trophy of the tournament was shared between Vaishali and Saket House. .

International Yoga Day:
The school celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2024 with great enthusiasm. The students and teachers of the school demonstrated various asanas, warm up exercises and performed sitting and standing asanas and the importance of these were explained simultaneously by the Yoga Instructor. Everyone actively participated in the session as it helped them feel confident and content physically, mentally and spiritually.
